A NOTE ABOUT NEW HOMES

 

Most people do not think that they need a real estate agent when buying a new home.  However, because the site salesperson represents the builder rather than you it is advisable to have your own representative.  With my previous new home sales experience I can help you find a new home in the Tucson area.  I am familiar with all Tucson area builders and their communities.  One of the advantages of a new home purchase may include discounts or incentives offered on inventory homes that are nearly finished but unsold.
